Viking Appliance Services is an independent repair company in Los Angeles that works on high-end kitchen and outdoor appliances. Viking is our main focus, and we also repair Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf cooking equipment and Thermador appliances. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these brands. We specialize in the equipment they make. Every visit starts with a diagnosis. We test the appliance, find the cause of the problem and explain what we found in plain language. You decide whether to go ahead before any repair begins. Premium appliances are built differently from standard models. They have sealed refrigeration systems, dual-fuel ranges, panel-ready doors and tight cabinetry fits, so we work carefully in finished kitchens. Los Angeles weather also affects these appliances. Inland neighborhoods and the valleys get much hotter in summer than areas near the coast, and fall Santa Ana winds can bring hot, dry spells. My built-in refrigerator is running but not cooling. What should I check first?

Make sure the temperature settings haven't been changed and that the doors seal fully. If the unit has an accessible condenser grille, check that it isn't blocked. If the problem continues, call for service before food is at risk. Cooling problems can come from fans, controls or the sealed system.

Do you repair outdoor grills?
